Use software name as a subject. Do not add any description or version information into the subject.

It is important to have properly formatted first software message because this message is also shown in front page.

Description can be as descriptive as you want.
Download link points to the software file (usually zip) or to the page where file can be downloaded. Prefer direct links to files.
Note that it is also possible to attach software files to this site. If software file is attached into this site, download link should point to the attached file. See "Attached software file can be used this way" help below. Remember to update Download link when attaching new versions.
Version: Add software version here (e.g. 1.23). Use "-" if version is unknown. In Windows applications version can sometimes be found from exe properties (right click exe and select properties).
Homepage link points to software's homepage. Link can be omitted if there is no homepage.
Author has author name. It can also point to author's Beyonwiz Software site profile. Link to profile can be found from memberlist's username column (for example: http://www.beyonwizsoftware.net/index.php?action=profile;u=1)
Author homepage link points to Author's homepage. Link can be omitted if there is no homepage. Note: Link's "Author homepage" text should be visible and it points to the author's homepage.

Release notes of the latest version can be added as a normal text under Release notes. Remove Release notes text If there is no release notes.

Replace [Possible image here] with image or remove text. Below is guide how to attach image to this site and then use it. It is of course also possible to show image, which is not attached, using img tag.

Attached software file can be used this way:

• Software file can be for example in zip format
• Open Additional Options... when writing message for new software
• Attach software file to the message
• Send message
• Now you can see your attachement in the end of your message like this:
• Right click this attachment and select "Copy link location" or "Copy shortcut". This copies link location to clipboard.
• Start modifying your message again using its button
• Insert Download link into the message using url tag (use "Insert Hyperlink" button ). Paste image location from clipboard into url tag (or into URL dialog, which opens from "Insert Hyperlink" button).
• Finally you have download link like this: Download
